Job Description

Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook Western dishes according to established recipes
  • Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and health regulations
  • Assist with inventory control and minimise waste
  • Support the kitchen team and perform other assigned duties

Qualification:

  • At least 1-2 years experience as Cook, preferably in Western, Italian or casual dining restaurant.
  • Diploma in culinary/hospitality is an advantage.

Required skills

Ability to follow recipes and standard portion sizes Food safety and hygiene practices Good Discipline Knowledge of Italian cuisine,
