Job Description
Job Scope for Control Tower:
- Inbound Process :
- Create Inbound Order upon receives order from CSA by email, if cargo receives without email pre alert follow up with CSA to get all necessary documents to key in the data .
- Collect all the details of the cargo from operation team before key in the WMS, cross check with packing list given by client, if there is any mismatching need to clarify with Warehouse supervisor before key into the system.
- Adding new client accounts, Warehouse Master Creation (Loading Bay, Bin Types, Storage Locations, Zone Types etc.), Product Master (Item Master, type, category, Billing Charges, Order types , route master, Return reason , UOM etc.), Print (Item labels, Pallet Labels, etc and all the labels and documentations belongs to all the orders) when need time to time upon the requirements.
- If there is any error during this process need to rectify together with Control tower Supervisor immediately and facilitate Ops team to complete the process.
- Tally with scan data and system data matching and close the order, if any discrepancy found during scanning (Exp: missing pallet ID, no locations etc) need to verify physically before close the order.
