Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented salesman to join our advertising company. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our company’s advertising services to businesses and individuals, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs
- Develop and present customized advertising proposals to potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and news to ensure that our company remains competitive in the market
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and production, to ensure successful execution of campaigns
- Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the advertising industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for business use
